Commercial Project Manager

Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait. Remote/flexible work is also offered.

What you will do

• Create project work breakdown structures and sales orders in SAP, maintaining accurate order values, planned costs, backlog, cost of sales, reporting, and controlling records.
• Partner with local project managers and global teams to optimize gross profit, cash flow, asset management, and financial targets.
• Assess local commercial risks and opportunities and manage tax, insurance, currency, compliance, and contract-related matters.
• Coordinate invoicing, payments, customer queries, project reviews, audits, supplier relationships, invoices, and local framework agreements.
• Support fiscal closing, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and monthly reconciliation of income statement and balance sheet positions under IFRS and hirify.global guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, with 1–3 years of work experience in a multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act as the financial counterpart to an onshore project manager while coordinating local commercial activities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
• Thorough understanding of hirify.global guidelines and experience in contract negotiation and execution.
• Proficiency in standard accounting principles and IT tools, including Microsoft and SAP applications.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in challenging, high-performance environments.
• Willingness to adopt digitalization and automation of manual processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
