Sr. Business Process Architect

Location: South Jordan, Utah, United States; hybrid workplace with in-office presence required at least 4–5 days per week

What you will do

• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Operations leaders on end-to-end process architecture.
• Own capability assessments, application portfolio evaluation, rationalization, demand intake, prioritization, and technology roadmaps.
• Identify and champion process standardization, simplification, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI opportunities.
• Lead business discovery, requirements analysis, solution evaluation, and high-level functional solution architecture.
• Guide SAP analysts, architects, developers, and integration teams through design, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Establish process KPIs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, drive governance, and mentor functional analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications, business process architecture, or technology-driven business transformation.
• Deep functional expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Product Costing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, or comparable systems.
• Experience in business capability mapping, application strategy, process reengineering, technology roadmaps, business discovery, solution architecture, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong business partnership, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to independently own business solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products, high-tech manufacturing, retail, or global supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, advanced planning systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with AI/ML, Agentic AI, workflow automation, data analytics, and business intelligence.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, business capability modeling, and application portfolio management.
• Experience with product management, Agile delivery, and enterprise transformation programs.
