PLM Solution Architect

Location: Remote, Andover, Massachusetts, United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 annual base salary, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead technical implementation teams through planning, solution design, construction, deployment, and transition of hirify.global Innovator solutions.
• Facilitate customer workshops, build stakeholder consensus, and align technology delivery with business value.
• Develop conceptual end-to-end architectures using standard and custom applications.
• Lead requirements, use case, functional specification, solution analysis, proof-of-concept, proposal, and statement-of-work activities.
• Assign tasks, review deliverables, supervise technical teams, and manage onsite or offshore project members.
• Coach and mentor team members and contribute to professional services methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of PLM deployment experience and a proven record leading large enterprise PLM software deployments in a Consultant or Architect role.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise application deployments in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficiency with data modeling, SQL Server, Transact-SQL scripting, triggers, stored procedures, functions, and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSL.
• Experience with legacy-system data migration and Agile project management tools such as Jira or Visual Studio Team Services.
• Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, prioritization, communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work with minimal supervision, write clear requirements and specifications, and handle difficult customer situations.
• Experience in Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Aerospace, or Shipbuilding, plus knowledge of engineering change, phase-gate, quality, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, manufacturing process planning, or CMII change management.
• Ability to travel 50%, primarily regionally, including frequent one- to two-day trips.
