Active Trader Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the West Loop office in Chicago, Illinois.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and convert high-value active trader prospects through outbound calls, email, social media, webinars, seminars, referrals, and targeted marketing lists.
• Manage an existing lead funnel and collaborate with the Data & Insights team to source qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand trading strategies, volume, platform preferences, commission structures, and frustrations with current brokers.
• Present hirify.global’s competitive advantages and demonstrate trading platforms, order types, margin capabilities, options tools, futures functionality, and proprietary features.
• Guide prospects through account applications, entity or individual account setup, documentation, funding, transfers, and initial trade setup.
• Represent hirify.global products, services, value proposition, and culture while supporting account growth, trading volume, client loyalty, and revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in client service, relationship management, platform sales, or premium support within financial services; retail brokerage, wealth management, or trading platform experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and improving client retention and satisfaction metrics in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Strong sales, relationship management, communication, interpersonal, and solutions-oriented skills.
• Deep knowledge of active trading products, including options, futures, equities, and FX.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, metrics-driven, trader-first culture with attention to detail, urgency, and accuracy.
• Passion for high-quality client service and ability to build long-term relationships with sophisticated traders.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 4 licenses.

Nice to have

• Experience at a retail brokerage, trading platform, or high-touch wealth management firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Personal trading experience or a strong passion for the markets.
• FINRA Series 3, 34, and 24 licenses.
• Ability and desire to contribute to team training and mentor junior staff.
• Ability to build trust with sophisticated traders and demonstrate emotional intelligence and composure in complex client situations.
