Entry-Level Sales Associate (Fintech)

Location: Full-time, on-site role based in the Cincinnati, OH office

hirify.global develops a fintech platform for broker/dealer firms, registered investment advisors, private banks, and investors to research, purchase, and manage alternative investments, annuities, and structured products.

What you will do

• Build and expand relationships with registered investment advisors and other key partners.
• Sell and support derivatives-based products through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver strong client experiences.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Represent and support the continued expansion of the financial technology platform.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of sales or relationship management experience in financial services or insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship from Luma.

Nice to have

• Finance or insurance background.
• Specific product knowledge; training will be provided.
