Senior Implementation Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, United States. For U.S. locations, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 per year in New York.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers from kickoff through go-live.
• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor while owning client outcomes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable trading and operational solutions.
• Configure trading workflows, connectivity, compliance rules, and user environments.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and third-party technology providers.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations while partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in implementations, consulting, client success, fintech, capital markets, or related fields.
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Interest in financial markets, investment management, and trading technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with OMS, EMS, PMS, or other financial technology platforms.
• SQL, Python, or database experience.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and electronic trading workflows.
