Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado; West Coast; remote with field work and travel to customer locations and field events as required, up to 30%–70%

Base salary: $140,000–$215,000 USD per year. Sales roles may also participate in a commission plan.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to define technical strategy for high-value target accounts and support regional sales goals.
• Scope, design, and deliver custom technical Proofs of Concept and Proofs of Value for prospective enterprise customers.
• Present technical and business architectures to C-level executives and position hirify.global's enterprise orchestration capabilities.
• Lead technical responses and functional strategy for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals, resolving complex technical objections.
• Collaborate with Product Management on customer requirements and contribute to the software roadmap.
• Create reusable architectural assets, frameworks, and customer stories while mentoring associate Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a closely related technical or business field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Enterprise Architect, or client-facing Professional Services consultant in enterprise software sales scenarios.
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, databases, SQL, integrations, cloud environments, or modern development languages.
• Proven success delivering technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, or POCs/POVs for enterprise customers.
• Ability to execute deep technical discovery and requirements analysis.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and field events as required by the assigned region or market, up to 30%–70%.

Nice to have

• Solution architecture experience in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, or the Public Sector.
• Familiarity with production environments, including application servers, web servers, AI-enabled automation, or case management frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise platforms that translates to an enterprise-grade orchestration environment.
