Recruitment Consultant Opportunity - HR Desk

Salary: £27,937–£33,000 per year plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Build and develop a specialist HR interim recruitment desk.
• Win new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement.
• Develop networks across Oxford, Reading, and the wider region.
• Deliver service to clients and candidates while driving profitable growth through a consultative recruitment approach.

Requirements

• Commercially driven and relationship-focused approach.
• Motivation to take ownership of a specialist HR market and build a successful recruitment desk.
• Interest in working across HR roles including HR Business Partners, HR Managers, Employee Relations Specialists, Learning & Development Professionals, Organisational Development Specialists, and HR Transformation & Change Professionals.
