Sr Recruiter I (US)

Location: Remote; work location: New York, New York, United States of America. Occasional domestic travel is required; international travel is never required.

Salary: $72,280–$117,520 USD.

What you will do

• Lead the development, design, and delivery of talent acquisition and diversity strategies for a specialized portfolio.
• Act as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing insight into talent markets, gaps, sourcing approaches, and hiring decisions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment programs and build pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates, including diverse talent.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and market data, using analysis to inform sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with HR partners, hiring managers, business stakeholders, candidates, and industry networks.
• Represent TD in recruitment, advertising, employer-brand, and special initiative activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of related experience, including recruiting experience in an HR or agency setting.
• Proven interviewing experience and ability to source passive candidates, create networks, and use social media and internet recruitment tools.
• Experience capturing data and building databases of market data.
• Extensive knowledge of recruiting and employment practices, including federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to build relationships with associates, hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders; strong negotiation, facilitation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with common PC applications and internet recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, use sound business judgment, and complete projects end to end.
