NetSuite Architect (Finance and Accounting)

Location: Remote within the US; mandatory onsite Trailhead onboarding at company headquarters once per quarter, with travel and accommodations covered.

Salary: $115,000–$149,500 per year, plus performance-based incentives, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into NetSuite-based solutions using accounting knowledge.
• Lead NetSuite design, implementation, support, and solution architecture across ERP, custom records, SuiteScript, SuiteQL, and integrations.
• Design solutions for general accounting, order to cash, planning, close, reporting, and financial operations.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting financial reporting, planning cycles, and data integrity.
• Work with FP&A on NSAW and NSPB for planning, forecasting, and analytics.
• Evaluate AI-assisted automation, reporting, forecasting, and data-analysis use cases based on feasibility, risk, and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of NetSuite experience in an architect, senior administrator, or implementation role.
• Strong knowledge of core ERP, SuiteQL, SuiteScript, custom records, and integrations.
• Working accounting knowledge, including financial reporting.
• Experience with cross-functional projects involving Finance, IT, SOX, and Infosec.
• Experience with at least one NSAW component.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data architecture concepts such as data warehousing and Databricks, sufficient to collaborate on integrations.
• Some experience with analytics or AI-enabled tools in a finance or ERP setting.

Nice to have

• Experience with NSPB.
• Background in forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
