Data & AI Operations Intern

Location: Budapest, Hungary — hybrid (office: Bartók Béla út 15/b)

hirify.global is a data and technology company whose Operations team takes on real projects to make internal work more efficient.

• Improve repetitive processes (DWH data connections, Slack/API integrations, reorganizing project lists in Google Sheets), using AI where helpful
• Organize, clean and analyze data; verify data sources and follow up on missing or incorrect data
• Automate everyday tools to reduce manual work
• Experiment with AI tools, chatbots and workflows in real business situations
• Troubleshoot operational issues and find small system improvements

• Availability of at least 25 hours per week
• Interest in AI, data and technology; analytical mindset
• Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel and some experience with data
• Willing to use AI tools such as Gemini or Claude to learn and solve problems
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable and proactive
• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
• Easy-going and enjoys working with others

• Previous work, internship or student organization experience
• University project work experience
• Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint or similar tools
• Curiosity about SQL, Python or Google Apps Script (no prior knowledge needed)
