Analytics Consultant

Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Zagreb, Split, or Skopje

What you will do

• Define client KPIs and execute complex data measurement plans.
• Support data measurement, collection, processing, and activation.
• Advise clients on analytics adaptations and evolving data practices.
• Test new Google features and products.
• Set up first-party data collection and compliant user consent processing.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, BI, CRO, Data Engineering, marketing, creative, web, mobile, and cloud infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing, data, or analytics-related role, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong consulting mindset and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for hosting workshops and guiding clients.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent English knowledge.
