SAP Technical Solution Architect (SAP S/4HANA): Shaping a scalable SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud landscape across ERP, supply chain execution, SAP BTP extensibility, and DevOps automation with an accent on Clean Core architecture, modern ABAP, RAP, and integration design. Focus on defining sustainable extension strategies, guiding architectural decisions, modernizing CI/CD practices, and balancing risk, cost, performance, and scalability.
Location: Hybrid work model with an office in Venlo, Netherlands

What you will do
- Own the technical architecture of the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud landscape and guide teams through the development lifecycle.
- Define Clean Core approaches using SAP standard capabilities, in-app extensibility, RAP, and SAP BTP side-by-side solutions.
- Set standards for SAP development, code quality, security, performance, and architectural governance.
- Lead modernization and automation initiatives involving DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SAP Build solutions, and AI-assisted development.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions with architects, developers, product owners, project teams, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior SAP Developer, Technical Lead, or SAP Solution Architect in complex SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong expertise in modern ABAP, object-oriented development, RAP, CDS Views, OData services, and Clean Core-compliant development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP extensibility, including the Cloud Application Programming Model.
- Solid understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and Fiori Elements development principles.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in SAP environments.
- Strong architectural decision-making, stakeholder management, communication, ownership, and continuous-improvement skills.
