Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States; travel to customer sites as needed.

Compensation: $75K annual salary plus an annual performance-based bonus.

hirify.global provides vertical software and embedded payments technology, while PIC Business Systems develops ERP, quoting, order entry, and production software for the window covering industry.

What you will do

• Manage implementation tasks, including weekly customer calls, training sessions, project plans, and go-live activities.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders, communicate expectations, and keep project teams aligned and on schedule.
• Guide customer setup and configuration using knowledge of window covering products, pricing, and order-to-production workflows.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and implementation standards.
• Assist with testing development items and project deliverables.
• Create internal and client documentation, including release notes, knowledge base articles, and training videos.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications.
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach.
• Understanding of technical concepts sufficient to provide guidance and solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage ambiguity, solve problems, and drive results.

Nice to have

• Experience in the window treatment or coverings industry, manufacturing, or ERP/production software.
