What you will do

• Lead end-to-end bid lifecycles for high-value strategic opportunities, from kick-off through final presentation.
• Drive Bid/No Bid evaluations and define resource requirements for selected opportunities.
• Write persuasive, customer-centric proposals by synthesising technical and commercial information.
• Align bid strategies with senior subject matter experts and C-suite stakeholders.
• Improve bid operations, framework management, and tender monitoring processes.
• Mentor junior bid managers and coordinators, facilitate milestone meetings, and manage client interactions.

Requirements

• Advanced experience managing large-scale, complex bids in private or public sectors, with a proven record of success.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate sophisticated AI concepts into clear, actionable, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders to obtain high-quality insights under tight deadlines.
• Highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with scientific rigour in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
• Integrity, collaborative leadership, and an interest in guiding team members and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Hiring process

• Talent Team screening interview: 30 minutes.
• Hiring Manager introduction interview: 45 minutes, followed by a written or take-home task.
