Trading Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: BGC office, Manila, hybrid with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote. Schedule: Friday 7:00 PM to Monday 4:00 AM EST, plus ad-hoc weeknight coverage.

hirify.global provides fintech software for digital wealth management and access to financial markets; the role supports Bruce Markets, a FINRA- and SEC-registered broker dealer operating the Bruce ATS, an overnight electronic trading marketplace for U.S. equities and ETFs powered by Nasdaq.

What you will do

• Accept shift handoffs, update the company in Slack, and monitor session activity.
• Provide trade support, monitor trading systems, and complete startup health checks.
• Assist subscribers with questions and trade-related issues, resolving them promptly.
• Identify outliers, analyze session trends, and share insights with clients, internal stakeholders, and the daytime team.
• Coordinate with Nasdaq Level 1 support and maintain knowledge of trading systems, order routing, execution, and FIX protocol.
• Complete end-of-session system reviews, trade reconciliation, handoffs, and periodic operational processes while escalating issues when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of electronic trading and/or trade support experience with strong knowledge of trading systems.
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order routing, execution, and FIX protocol.
• A Series 7 license, or the ability to obtain the SIE and Series 7 within the first 45 days.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to analyze and creatively solve problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, willingness to learn new financial products, and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Ability to work weekend hours on a flexible schedule.
• Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory and operational standards as a Series 7-licensed representative.
