Manager, Compliance Business Partner, France & Benelux

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace

Salary: EUR 57,600–79,200 yearly, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Provide compliance guidance and risk management support to business teams across France and Benelux.
• Review and approve business interactions, engagements, contracts, and healthcare professional-related activities.
• Advise stakeholders on compliance risks, issues, and mitigation measures.
• Promote ethics, integrity, and accountability through awareness initiatives and training.
• Conduct on-site reviews, document monitoring, compliance assessments, and regulatory monitoring.
• Coordinate Transfers of Value transparency reporting, support local Compliance Committees, and contribute to EMEA compliance initiatives and annual plans.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Compliance, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of European and international pharmaceutical regulations, including EFPIA and IFPMA.
• Understanding of compliance requirements involving healthcare professionals, healthcare organisations, patient organisations, and third parties.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Fluent French and English required.
