Senior Analyst, BioCatch FP&A (Fintech)

Location: Bay Area (San Francisco or Foster City), United States; office setting with 5–10% travel.

Salary: $129,200–$206,700 USD per year, potentially including sales incentive payments; bonus and equity may also apply.

What you will do

• Support monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, long-range planning, and financial models covering revenue, expenses, headcount, and investments.
• Lead assigned FP&A integration workstreams for BioCatch’s post-close integration into hirify.global’s finance operating model.
• Standardize planning, forecasting, management reporting, KPI alignment, and performance management processes with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze business performance, variances, risks, opportunities, profitability, customer growth, retention, and operational metrics.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and commentary.
• Support business cases, pricing and investment decisions, ROI analysis, value-creation tracking, and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Experience preparing management reports and executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with software, SaaS, cybersecurity, fraud, risk, identity, fintech, or technology businesses.
• Experience with acquisitions, integration efforts, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with subscription business models, ARR, retention, and growth metrics.
• Experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or progress toward a professional finance designation.
