Treasury Digital Assets Analyst (Digital Assets)

Location: Hybrid, Foster City, California, United States; weekend operations and 5–10% travel required.

Salary: $104,900–$163,000 per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Run daily treasury operations across digital assets and traditional payments, including cash, liquidity, funding, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Execute stablecoin operations such as minting, redemption, custody transfers, wallet funding, and exception management across blockchains, custodians, banks, exchanges, and payment providers.
• Own operational controls, audit readiness, issue resolution, incident response, runbooks, procedures, escalation frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Assess digital asset use cases and ecosystem developments across blockchain, stablecoins, custody, payments, and regulation.
• Lead pilots from planning through launch, including governance, testing, vendor diligence, and operational readiness.
• Prepare executive presentations, strategy memos, and recommendations while partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree such as a master’s, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD.
• Experience or knowledge in treasury, payments, fintech, consulting, strategy, or operations with cross-functional project delivery.
• Knowledge of treasury fundamentals including liquidity, cash management, settlement, reconciliation, FX, and working capital.
• Knowledge of digital assets including stablecoins, custody, wallets, blockchain networks, transaction fees, and ecosystem participants.
• Knowledge of payment rails including ACH, SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, SEPA Instant, card settlement, and cross-border payments.
• Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, process improvement, operational controls, governance, audit readiness, and documentation.
• Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategy with execution.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or more than 2 years with an advanced degree.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
