Treasury Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States - Remote. Employees based in San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time; additional in-office requirements may apply to certain roles.

Base salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD per year, excluding commission, equity, and benefits. Compensation may be adjusted by market and location, with different pay bands outside New York and San Francisco.

hirify.global builds infrastructure and a consumer application that enable payments and transfers using crypto and other tokenized assets across exchanges, wallets, banks, card networks, and local payment rails.

What you will do

• Manage daily cash and liquidity across bank accounts, customer fund accounts, custodians, and stablecoin wallets, forecasting needs by product and corridor.
• Run prefunding and settlement lines with liquidity and payout partners, including float levels, top-ups, and line usage.
• Build automated liquidity management for the hirify.global from Scratch platform with Engineering and Product, including real-time liquidity views and automated deployment and rebalancing.
• Review money-movement terms for customer and partner deals, including prefunding, settlement timing, float, FX, subsidies, and partner costs; provide required sign-off for ramp, OTC, and other deals.
• Manage settlements, incentive and subsidy spend, daily transfer and settlement exceptions, partner compliance requests, and root-cause logging.
• Invest corporate cash, operate investment policies and crypto signing matrices with approval limits and dual controls, manage bank and custodian relationships, provide month-end balance support, and maintain a 13-week cash forecast with Strategic Finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury or payment operations at a payments company, money transmitter, exchange, or stablecoin business.
• Hands-on experience with both fiat and stablecoin money movement.
• Deep understanding of payments and liquidity, including experience specifying and building automated treasury or liquidity systems with engineering teams.
• Experience managing liquidity and prefunding with external partners.
• Experience reviewing settlement and funding terms in commercial contracts.
• Experience operating under an investment policy and approval controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with Latin American payment rails such as PIX and SPEI.
