Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Chicago, United States

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 USD base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Develop features and enhancements for payments, dashboards, and customer portals.
• Participate in requirements, design, implementation, and product launches.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to address customer needs.
• Write clean, maintainable code and support engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• 1+ year of software engineering experience, preferably building customer-facing products.
• Experience with TypeScript and Node.
• Passion for delivering high-quality software that improves users’ experience.
• Comfort with modern development workflows, including code review and CI/CD.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Go, Rust, or Python.
