Senior Data Solutions Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from Home, Pennsylvania, United States; US citizenship is required due to contractual and access requirements.

Travel: 0%–25%; the position is office- or remote-based and primarily works outside the office.

What you will do

• Lead customer engagement with Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other stakeholders to capture needs and deliver data and reporting solutions.
• Create data sets, operational reports, analytical dashboards, and supporting documentation.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for project and production activities, including strategic programs affecting existing systems.
• Lead requirements testing through test plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, and analysis of customer impact.
• Drive cross-functional solutions, vendor evaluations, cost-benefit analysis, compliance approvals, and project delivery.
• Provide thought leadership in Data, Product, and Technology Solutions while mentoring analysts and communicating with customers, partners, vendors, and management.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology, including 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma and 3 years in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with report writing and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree at the company’s discretion.
• US citizenship is required due to contractual and access requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
