Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Consultant

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; office location in Košice, Slovakia.

Base salary: from €1,900 gross; final salary is negotiable and depends on seniority and previous experience. Variable pay and other financial benefits are also provided.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments covering Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Plan iCloud replacements and integrations using App Protection Policies and structured OneDrive migrations.
• Design and operate modern workplace solutions with Microsoft Intune, including Windows 11 rollouts, device strategies, security baselines, and policies for iOS, Android, and Windows.
• Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop environments and modern identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust principles, governance policies, and compliance controls.
• Lead technical projects and workshops in collaboration with customers, architects, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Cloud Architect, or in a comparable role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MDM/MAM concepts, mobile security, Azure Landing Zones, cloud governance, and identity and security architectures including Zero Trust.
• Experience migrating on-premises infrastructures to the cloud.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong customer orientation.
• Experience with technical leadership in projects and workshops.
• German at least B2 and English at least B2 required.
• Selected candidates must present an extract from the Criminal Register for inspection only due to customer-specific requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and implementing Azure Landing Zones and supporting cloud transformation and hybrid scenarios.
