Vice President Management Services (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Remote; travel 81–100% within the United States

Salary: $205,000–$380,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead hospital supply chain operations and transformation engagements, including interim and long-term client assignments.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, strategic sourcing, pharmacy, value analysis, compliance, process improvement, and performance management.
• Implement best practices and technology, develop financial and operational dashboards, and establish goals and metrics.
• Develop consulting strategies, client objectives, budgets, cost-saving targets, workflows, and operational standards.
• Lead distribution, sourcing, digital print center, courier, contracting, analytics, and other acute and non-acute operations.
• Build C-suite, executive, physician, clinical, and business relationships while mentoring and developing staff.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, communicate effectively in person and electronically, make independent decisions, and work collaboratively with interruptions.
• Ability to operate computer programs and software and maintain day-to-day contact with coworkers or the public.

Nice to have

• Supply chain transformation and consulting experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in supply chain or hospital operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain procurement, receiving, distribution, replenishment, value analysis, materials management systems, and equipment management.
• Experience developing and implementing short- and long-term strategies and leading teams.
• Project and change management experience.
• Microsoft Office and current healthcare supply chain information systems skills.
• Master’s degree.
