Lead Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Maryland, United States. Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph; clearance sponsorship or processing is not available.

Salary: $260,000–$285,000 per year, plus $65,000–$71,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Lead a small team working with combined datasets from different elements.
• Build agentic tools for gathering and curating information packages.
• Provide expertise on existing highside services and expand workflow automation efforts.
• Develop and maintain web applications for analytic and workflow support.
• Work directly with customer leadership, analysts, and developers to implement mission-support solutions.
• Communicate with customers, gather feedback, and apply it to project status and results.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required before applying; clearance sponsorship or processing is not available.
• 12 years of experience, plus a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 16 years of experience in place of the degree.
• Extensive full-stack development experience with an emphasis on AI workflows.
• Experience with customer cross-domain solutions, soliciting and applying feedback, and AI-assisted development.
• Programming experience with JavaScript and Python.
• Leadership experience.

• Development experience in a Linux environment.
• Experience with relational databases.
