Shape the Future of Saab IT – Head of ERP (ERP)

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Jönköping, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden; alternative locations may be possible. Some travel is required to meet teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead and develop employees and leaders, building capabilities and ownership for a scalable platform organisation.
• Lead the development, evolution and lifecycle management of hirify.global’s ERP platform.
• Define and execute the ERP platform strategy, transformation roadmap and operating model.
• Establish standardised platform governance, architecture, integrations and guardrails for decentralised business adaptation.
• Ensure platform stability, security, scalability and operational performance while enabling automation, analytics and AI capabilities.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders, vendors and strategic partners; take financial ownership and contribute to the management team.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Experience leading ERP or enterprise platform organisations while combining reliable operational delivery with organisational and technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP or equivalent, including business processes, architecture, integration and lifecycle management.
• Experience establishing scalable operating models and platform governance with clear responsibilities, common standards and guardrails.
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate business priorities into platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and partner management capabilities in large, complex and global organisations.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to pass security vetting under current security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

• Experience in the defense industry or another highly regulated industry.
