Senior Product Manager, Data Platform

Location: Hybrid in Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands, with attendance 8 days per month. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enablon's shared data platform.
• Define data products, semantic models, shared data services, and standards for quality, lineage, governance, and access.
• Partner with data engineering and architecture on streaming, lakehouse, storage, compute, and platform boundaries.
• Run discovery with platform consumers, product teams, analytics and AI teams, and customers; measure adoption and value.
• Align portfolio priorities, communicate platform value to executives, and manage the data platform vendor relationship.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, platform, or data-intensive products.
• Experience owning a data platform, data products, or shared platform capabilities used by multiple teams.
• Experience defining strategy for data platforms, master or reference data, interoperability, APIs, analytics foundations, or data governance and converting it into a sequenced roadmap.
• Credibility with architects, data engineers, and software engineers regarding pipelines, storage, APIs, and governance.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders in a matrixed organisation, with executive-level communication skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with lakehouse or cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.
• Experience with streaming and change-data-capture patterns, data foundations for AI products, or regulated enterprise domains.
