Product Manager - Software Delivery Platform (CI/CD)

Location: Hybrid, Utrecht, Netherlands. Candidates must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work there; candidates requiring relocation from another country cannot be considered.

Gross monthly salary: €5,994–€8,563 for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and backlog for pipeline compliance and managed CI/CD platform products.
• Align product direction with the Managed Application Stack and engineering platform strategy.
• Deliver compliant-by-design capabilities that enable secure, frictionless software delivery and improve developer productivity.
• Define success metrics and use data, customer insights, and feedback to improve adoption, usability, automation, and prioritisation.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, risk, leadership, Solution Architects, and Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and drive outcomes.
• Lead two platform teams and foster continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Requirements

• HBO/WO level of thinking and working.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience in complex Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, and secure-by-design delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms, including permissions and YAML pipelines.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and deliver outcomes in a multi-team environment.
• Strategic mindset focused on customer value and business impact rather than feature output.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from engineers to senior leadership.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to creating value with users and stakeholders.
• Experience in product discovery and root cause analysis; fact-based and data-driven decision-making.
• Curiosity, growth orientation, comfort stepping outside a comfort zone, and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
