Global Category Manager EMS (PCBA)

What you will do

• Develop and implement the global EMS/PCBA category strategy for the Analytical Business Line, covering supplier footprint, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
• Lead sourcing strategies using the CIPS process and ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future requirements.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, renew price lists, and manage commercial terms and conditions.
• Manage procurement planning, budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-out programs against financial targets.
• Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Manage supplier contracts and align factories, local teams, global leadership, and other stakeholders around sourcing performance targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management, ideally in EMS/PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience building and executing global strategies that produce tangible results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across factories, local teams, and global leadership.
• Solid negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• Data-driven approach to analysis and reporting.
• Collaborative and execution-oriented working style.
