Senior Analyst, TSG Product Management

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $108,250–$130,000 annualized base salary, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and other potential discretionary compensation.

What you will do

• Understand product objectives and strategy from leadership.
• Elicit and analyze user requirements for enhancements and new functionality, balancing customer needs with technical realities.
• Identify, track, and analyze product metrics to produce actionable insights.
• Drive pilots, customer communications, and training where needed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, create user stories and process-flow documentation, test work in progress, and support the Agile team.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, product owners, designers, engineering teams, Legal, Risk, and other technology teams to optimize products and implementation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience working in a corporate environment, coordinating across teams, and managing varied priorities.
• Experience investigating software products or workflows, identifying patterns and root causes, and developing recommendations.
• Experience gathering or interpreting user needs and contributing to requirements or enhancement discussions.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Ability to define, document, and validate requirements and break larger items into manageable components.
• Effective collaboration and willingness to travel if needed.
