Product Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmap and prioritize business requirements.
• Coordinate execution with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders across departments.
• Conduct customer research and usability testing.
• Analyze product metrics and drive product improvements and adoption.
• Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
• Improve customer satisfaction through customer-focused product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with SaaS products.

Nice to have

• MBA or a related advanced degree.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, or HR technology products.
• Experience with analytics platforms.
