What you will do
- Assist members in achieving personal goals and making lasting changes.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to enhance member care.
- Provide coaching through text-based chat and video.
- Maintain accurate documentation and respond to multiple tasks.
- Support members on various mental health topics.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of coaching experience.
- Board Certified as an NBC-HWC or ICF coach.
- Experience in the mental health industry.
- Fluency in Google Suite and Zoom.
- Private environment for video coaching sessions.
