Technical Product Owner

Location: Fort Worth, Texas; hybrid with 3 days onsite

Pay range: $48–$52 per hour

What you will do

• Develop and communicate product vision and manage IT application roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Translate business needs and program requirements into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery sequencing.
• Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning support, stakeholder reviews, demonstrations, testing coordination, and release-readiness activities.
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, UX, business, vendor, and cross-product dependencies while surfacing risks and resolving blockers.
• Define and track product KPIs and OKRs covering application performance, reliability, and business impact.
• Maintain product documentation, decision records, dependency tracking, implementation guidance, roadmaps, and release communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of Product Management or Product Delivery experience, or at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment and managing a product backlog from discovery through release.
• Ability to onboard quickly, work with limited supervision, manage competing priorities, and deliver within a time-bound engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Strong facilitation, prioritization, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile Product Management and delivery tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center technologies, customer service, airline, travel, or other complex operational technology products.
• Experience with agent desktop, CRM, workflow, and knowledge management technologies.
• Familiarity with product architecture, DevOps practices, APIs, and release processes.
• Experience in a large enterprise with multiple products and platforms.
• Azure DevOps familiarity and relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Scrum, or Agile certification such as CSPO.
• Airline domain experience, organization, planning, and Scrum experience.
