Senior Product Manager (Intuitial)

Location: Remote in the United States; candidates must have lived and worked in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years. Some clients may require occasional travel.

Salary: $158,804 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the team’s day-to-day agile practice, facilitate sprint ceremonies, establish working norms, and keep delivery on track.
• Own release planning, dependency tracking, status reporting, roadmap communication, and product backlog prioritization.
• Coordinate with VA teams, product managers, stakeholders, and external partners to negotiate release timing and scope and resolve blockers.
• Translate stakeholder priorities into iterative plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria while supporting early validation and continuous value delivery.
• Partner with UX research and design to understand users, balance stakeholder constraints, and prioritize valuable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience, plus relevant technology delivery or project management experience.
• Experience leading a team’s agile practice and facilitating ceremonies without a dedicated scrum master or delivery manager.
• Experience delivering products that depend on multiple teams or external stakeholders, including coordinating and negotiating releases.
• Effective communication, leadership, and motivation skills.
• In-depth knowledge and application of Agile principles and practices.
• Track record of launching products from conception to production and managing clients and key stakeholders.
• High-level cross-disciplinary understanding of software development, including research, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Comfort and familiarity with GitHub issues, project boards, and pull request workflows.
• Openness to AI tools and good judgment about where they improve outcomes.
• Must have lived and worked in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Must be able to start within 2 to 4 weeks of an offer.

Nice to have

• Experience working with government agencies, especially VA OIT or a similar federal IT environment and platform governance processes such as VA’s collaboration cycle.
• Experience with AI-powered prototyping tools or IDEs such as Vercel V0, Lovable, Replit, Copilot, or Cursor, or enabling technologies such as MCP servers, while retaining oversight of produced work.
• U.S. Veteran status.
