Senior Manager, TSG Product Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with a minimum expectation of two office days per week

What you will do

• Set the strategic vision, roadmap, goals, priorities, and success measures for complex cybersecurity products.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders and communicate product strategy to product owners and delivery teams.
• Balance business needs, technical considerations, changing priorities, and product integration points across Bain.
• Manage vendor recommendations, relationships, deliverables, and coordination with senior leadership, Legal, and Procurement.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies for internally developed products and manage relevant product budgets and spend.
• Directly manage 1–2 employees through coaching, development planning, training recommendations, and performance input.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in product management, technology, or a related field.
• Experience setting direction and prioritizing work across a software product area focused on networking, cloud, and endpoint protection.
• Experience owning outcomes across complex, multi-team initiatives with broad business impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and working in Agile environments, with an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to create and present business cases, facilitate discussions, drive consensus, define objectives, and track progress.
• Strong communication skills, including translating complex requirements for engineering teams and articulating direction to leadership.
• Experience evaluating vendors, making strategic recommendations, managing vendor relationships, holding vendors accountable, and escalating issues appropriately.
• Strong people-management skills, including coaching, development, and effective use of team expertise; ability to navigate difficult situations while maintaining relationships.

Nice to have

• Service security experience, including understanding how security considerations influence product decisions, vendor management, risk mitigation, and service delivery.
