Product Owner (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Poland

What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, release planning, target-date definition, and release packaging.
• Identify customer- and business-value opportunities while balancing new functionality, technical improvements, and maintenance.
• Act as the customer voice throughout the software development lifecycle and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Care, development teams, and customers.
• Define personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, forecasting, and continuous product improvement.
• Track product progress using Agile metrics and support product enablement, training materials, and domain content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Experience working with Agile software development teams.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize competing requirements, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable product deliverables.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or other B2B software environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Environmental, Sustainability, ESG, EHS, or Health & Safety solutions.
• Understanding of environmental compliance, emissions tracking, waste management, or sustainability reporting.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
