Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland; 2 office days per week expected. Remote work from abroad policy is available.

Salary: PLN 28,000–33,000 monthly.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, customer experience, and outcomes for a strategic use case such as regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience.
• Research market, competitor, customer, partner, conference, and other relevant insights to define product opportunities.
• Engage buyers, program owners, co-development accounts, customers, and prospects to validate problems and solutions.
• Use AI prototyping tools, LLM APIs, and lightweight services to test assumptions and demonstrate product concepts.
• Work with engineering, product experts, tribes, and squads to drive delivery across product and platform areas.
• Partner with strategic use case leads and commercial teams on go-to-market, success metrics, and persist, pivot, or stop decisions.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience, including ownership of a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS with demonstrable business and customer outcomes.
• Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent scripting language.
• AI-native working approach, with AI integrated into core product management workflows.
• Ability to operate in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domain, or to develop the required domain understanding quickly.
• Strong problem framing and communication skills, including making clear recommendations and reducing ambiguity for engineering and design.
• Customer-focused approach based on direct customer conversations.
• Ability to make decisive, reversible and irreversible decisions with incomplete information and update quickly when needed.
• Ability to work effectively when parts of the use case scope are owned by other squads.
• Fluent English as the primary working language.
