Python Full Stack Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: Plano, Texas; 3 days onsite

What you will do

• Build small, fast internal solutions that reduce engineering toil and can be scoped and shipped within weeks.
• Design and implement REST APIs, schemas, data sets, and data pipelines, and produce demos before rollout.
• Manage CI/CD, vulnerability and compliance remediation, and L1/L2 troubleshooting.
• Gather requirements and build buy-in through frequent interaction with multiple source teams.
• Complete independent engineering tasks, with occasional pairing and short cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills; new development is in Python. Go is mentioned for legacy work.
• React, SQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD tooling experience.
• AWS familiarity at the conceptual and managed-service level.
• Ability to work across approximately 50% API and data work, 25% CI/CD and vulnerability/compliance work, and 25% frontend, bug fixing, and support.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and requirements gathering.
• Ability to use AI tools to learn missing skills quickly while applying sound judgment with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building or integrating agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with MCP, agentic AI solution design and automation, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf.
• Awareness of new AWS cloud services.
