Full Stack Engineer (Agentic Platforms)

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, evaluate, and operate enterprise AI agents using Redpanda ADP and related agent frameworks.
• Develop agent workflows for ServiceNow, Workday, Supply Chain, HR, IT Operations, and future enterprise use cases.
• Build web applications, dashboards, user experiences, backend services, APIs, middleware, and event-driven integrations.
• Build and maintain MCPs, connectors, API wrappers, service integrations, and authentication and authorization solutions.
• Develop AWS-based solutions, including ADP BYOC deployments, containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment automation.
• Work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, application owners, platform teams, security teams, and Redpanda FDE engineers to prototype, refine, and productionize agentic solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, APIs, and enterprise security patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, MCP servers, LLM platforms, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Redpanda ADP.
• Experience with Kafka, Redpanda, event-driven architectures, streaming data, or orchestration platforms.
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Experience creating production-grade AI applications, workflow automation, or agentic systems.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving incubation environments where requirements evolve through prototyping.
