Senior Project Manager (ERP Transformation)

Location: Downtown Portland, Oregon; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Lead large-scale ERP transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with executive sponsors, business leaders, and product owners.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, dependencies, financials, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate ERP, HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, technical, and business workstreams.
• Manage implementation partners, consultants, system integrators, and technology vendors.
• Oversee requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, implementation planning, risk mitigation, governance meetings, and executive status reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior technical or leadership role.
• Experience managing enterprise ERP implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering projects involving HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain Management systems.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs or projects valued at $100M+.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, system integrators, and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, and implementation.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Oracle Primavera, or Enterprise Project Server.
• Strong communication, executive stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in downtown Portland, Oregon.

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, or Finance implementation experience.
• Experience with enterprise-wide business process transformation or legacy system modernization.
• Experience in regulated environments, including familiarity with NAESB standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or similar certification.
