Technical Program Manager II (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Costa Rica (Remote); Roble Corporate Center, San Jose, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, and support the product roadmap.
• Support Infrastructure, Engineering, and Operations programs, including tailored data center projects for customers.
• Analyze program risks and develop contingency plans to protect delivery timelines.
• Identify and communicate work backlogs to stakeholders and guide prioritization based on business needs.
• Communicate program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods.
• Maintain and iterate on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar.

Requirements

• High School or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience working with Network Infrastructure and Cloud Technologies, or data center or connectivity deployment projects.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones.
• Ability to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders with varying levels of technical ability.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for working across global constituencies.
