Student Worker - MD&I (Manufacturing Design & Implementation)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with the option to work from home up to two days per week, subject to role and team principles.

What you will do

• Assist project managers with ad hoc tasks and project management support.
• Design and develop reports, documentation structures, processes, and presentations.
• Support the creation of governance and reporting structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside MD&I.
• Engage with and support colleagues across the MD&I organization.
• Support moulding-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or be finalizing a bachelor’s degree by the end of 2025, in a business-related field such as engineering, management, supply chain, or digital.
• Fluent English and the ability to communicate and write complex or detailed information in a simple, visual way.
• Customer-driven and service-minded approach.
• Ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong process development, structure, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders, take initiative, act on opportunities, and combine knowledge into new ideas.
• Willingness to contribute with a can-do mindset, accommodating personality, and good sense of humor.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI tools, Power BI, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
