Senior Project Manager Construction (Electric Mobility)

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Hovedstaden, Denmark; travel within Denmark and abroad to visit partners and construction sites is required.

hirify.global is building a Europe-wide network of fast-charging stations powered by energy from the sun and wind to accelerate the transition to electric mobility.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality electric vehicle charging stations across Denmark in cooperation with the Construction Lead New Markets and Country Manager Denmark.
• Acquire and realize grid connections, collaborate with engineering partners, manage material supply, and plan construction activities.
• Monitor schedules and budgets while coordinating internal and external stakeholders in Denmark and abroad.
• Visit business partners and construction sites, applying negotiation skills, high quality standards, a hands-on approach, and attention to detail.
• Create a roadmap for construction initiation in a new country by identifying local partners, analyzing standards, and ensuring safety compliance at different project stages.
• Support the network development team with site evaluations and due diligence.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, business, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong technical affinity.
• 4+ years of experience in deployment and/or construction, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a structured way and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, a high level of initiative, and the ability to navigate and manage stakeholder dynamics.
• Willingness to travel abroad and within Denmark to visit partners and construction sites.
• Near-native Danish and business-level English are required.
• Valid driving license.
• Genuine interest in the energy transition and hirify.global’s mission.
