Supplier Engineer Expert – Electrical Engineer

Location: Rehovot, Israel; onsite role with 25% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Manage supplier manufacturing compliance from new module development through sustained production.
• Ensure optimized designs for manufacturability, testability, cost, and reliable volume manufacturing.
• Manage supplier quality control, analysis methods, quality mechanisms, and effective issue resolution.
• Conduct supplier technical audits and evaluate supplier performance and capabilities.
• Drive design improvements and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support efficient execution and production.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant professional positions.
• Experience working with suppliers through development, engineering transitions, and sustained manufacturing processes.
• Experience with multidisciplinary R&D and engineering processes.
• High technical capability, with comprehensive expertise in electrical engineering and broad knowledge of other disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
