Senior Mechanical Engineer (UAV)

Location: Onsite in central Tel Aviv, Israel

hirify.global is developing an autonomous drone network for suburban restaurant deliveries in the United States.

What you will do

• Own complex mechanical engineering and design initiatives for drones and sub-assemblies.
• Lead the complete design lifecycle from initial concepts through detailed 3D modeling and engineering.
• Prepare and maintain production data, including assembly guides, technical drawings, and bills of materials.
• Contribute to physical prototyping, laboratory experiments, and multidisciplinary development projects.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues during prototype evaluation.
• Act as a technical resource while supporting routine operations and team objectives.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in complex multidisciplinary system development.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with plastics, metal, and carbon materials across different designs.
• High level of written and verbal English.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Background in UAV, aerospace, or high-performance robotics.
