Senior Security Professional; Executive Support

Location: Arlington, VA, United States; in office 5 days per week when not traveling. Approximately 35% travel, including frequent nationwide and international overnight and weekend travel.

Salary: $94,900–$130,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Conduct threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments for planned events and travel, then develop cost-effective countermeasures.
• Provide close protection, transportation, and security support to senior leaders, including coordinating fleet vehicles and executive travel.
• Coordinate with physical security teams, contractors, venues, hotels, facilities, project managers, maintenance vendors, and executive assistants.
• Investigate threats to associates, implement safeguards, and provide situational updates to the supervisor and hirify.global Fusion Center.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures for travel and event planning and execution.
• Brief executives on geopolitical developments, incidents, and trends affecting hirify.global's business and personnel while maintaining liaison with government, industry, and intelligence professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Corporate and/or government experience supporting senior leaders, C-suite executives, and other VIPs.
• 5+ years of previous military, law enforcement, or executive/personal security experience.
• 5+ years of security experience across law enforcement, military, intelligence, and/or corporate settings, including small detail, event security, and budget management.
• Approximately 35% travel and weekend support based on business need.
• Poised leadership and collaboration skills, including the ability to gain support from senior executives and all organizational levels.
• Confidentiality, sound ethical judgment, integrity, coaching, mentoring, and education skills.
• Strong ability to use security systems and applications, analyze complex security issues, and implement innovative solutions.
• Ability to perform under pressure in complex situations, with proven customer service, relationship management, and project management skills.

• Advanced Life Support certification.
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
