Local Support Specialist (Travel Tech)

Location: Remote; candidates may be based in Romania, Greece, Argentina, Turkey, Chile, or Slovenia

What you will do

• Take calls, provide initial advice, and give regular updates to B2B partners in Italian and English.
• Manage incoming tickets, escalations, booking modifications, and relocations while working toward timely resolution and prevention.
• Communicate transparently and balance partner and account manager expectations.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth workflows and service delivery.
• Document work and partner interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Advanced Italian and English, with fluent spoken and written communication required.
• Proactive, empathetic, customer-centric communication style and the ability to anticipate partner needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stressful situations, and urgent issues calmly and professionally.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes with a result-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish, Greek, Romanian, Serbian, or another language.
• Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.
