TL;DR
Tier 2 Support (Microsoft 365/Azure): Resolving escalated software, hardware, network, and systems issues for clients with an accent on managed service provider operations, infrastructure support, and onsite troubleshooting. Focus on prioritizing critical incidents, deploying and updating operating systems and applications, administering accounts and devices, and documenting resolutions against SLAs.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, US; onsite support responsibilities

Salary: $25–31/hour

What you will do

  • Assess system errors, prioritize incidents by criticality, and resolve software, hardware, network, and infrastructure issues.
  • Deploy, configure, and update PC applications and operating systems, handling onsite and escalated support.
  • Provide remote assistance by phone or web using remote-control tools.
  • Create accounts, configure email on computers and mobile devices, reset passwords, and install printers and software.
  • Document ticket resolutions, escalations, and customer network information.
  • Escalate issues to senior support to meet SLAs and assist the projects team.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in managed service provider (MSP) settings.
  • Proven experience overseeing systems, networks, and server infrastructure.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
  • Comfort using ticketing platforms and working in a high-tempo environment.
