Senior Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; employees must work from their home country and be willing to travel for in-person engagements.

Salary: USA-based roles: $122,000–$171,000 USD annual base salary. Canada-based roles: $105,000–$147,000 CAD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Partner with Customer Success on analytics for adoption, activation, retention, churn, expansion, conversion, and renewal.
• Analyze the digital customer journey and identify growth levers for leadership decision-making.
• Translate open-ended business questions from Customer Success, Product, Growth, RevOps, and Data Engineering into analytical frameworks.
• Synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate findings to senior leaders.
• Measure digital and scaled success programs, size opportunities, and guide investment priorities.
• Help build data foundations, governance, analytical standards, and AI capabilities including Generative BI, forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience in complex B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a product-led or self-serve motion.
• Strong product-led growth and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling.
• Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders and translating business questions into analytical frameworks.
• Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and influence senior leaders, decisions, and priorities.
• Experience with experimentation, including A/B testing, statistical modeling, or predictive techniques such as churn or propensity modeling.
• Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools such as Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar.
• Comfort working in modern cloud data ecosystems including Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt.
• Experience with go-to-market and customer platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight or a similar customer success platform.

Nice to have

• B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C experience.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Segment, or similar.
