Depositary Analyst

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day delivery of depositary services to existing and prospective clients.
• Work with trainees and the Depositary Manager to provide efficient service and maintain client relationships.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliations and source supporting documentation.
• Collate information on investment holdings and periodic reconfirmations.
• Develop knowledge of client funds and prepare periodic reports on depositary activity.
• Maintain fund accounting records in eFront and fund documentation in SharePoint; support trainee training and development.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver accurate outputs and execute tasks in a timely manner.
• Willingness to develop foundational professional skills and knowledge in depositary services.
• Ability to collaborate with trainees and the Depositary Manager while maintaining client relationships.
• Open-minded, adaptable, curious, innovative, passionate, and data-driven approach.
• Ability to support business and people growth and contribute to team objectives.
